These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.GutterProFlorida.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Gutter Pro LLC ("Gutter Pro," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, booking a visit, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Gutter Pro provides seamless gutter installation, gutter guards, soffit and fascia repair, gutter cleaning and repair, and residential and commercial drainage systems in Northeast Florida. Descriptions on the Site are general; the scope, price, and terms of any specific work are set out in the written quote you approve.
2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work is scheduled on approval of a quote and receipt of any deposit stated on it. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and any paid-visit fees are stated on the quote or booking confirmation you receive. Prices shown by Site calculators and tools are estimates only and are not offers.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program. Gutter Pro LLC sends service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide a mobile number.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to Gutter Pro LLC — through a Site form, our online booking page, a quote request, in person, or by texting us — you consent to receive text messages from Gutter Pro LLC at that number. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, "on my way" notifications, quotes and invoices, follow-ups about work performed, and replies to your inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at Info@GutterProFlorida.com or (904) 304-3199.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in status are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Warranty
Warranty terms for installed work are set out at www.GutterProFlorida.com/warranty and on your quote. Nothing on this Site expands them.
5. Site Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission. Site content, tools, and calculators are provided "as is" for general information and are not a substitute for an on-site assessment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gutter Pro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to installed work is governed by the written quote and warranty.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here with a new effective date.
