Who We Are

Gutter Pro Florida is a family-owned, owner-led seamless gutter and drainage contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida. We service the entire Northeast Florida region: Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties. Every quote is walked by the owner. Every install is staffed by employees, not subcontractors. Every project carries a lifetime workmanship warranty.

We do one thing: design, fabricate, and install premium seamless gutters and engineered drainage systems for residential and commercial properties in Northeast Florida. We do not sell roofing. We do not chase storm work. We do not run franchise scripts. The crew that quotes the job is the crew that installs the job, and the owner is the one who signs off at the final walkthrough.

Owner: Albert Urbank

Albert Urbank owns and operates Gutter Pro Florida. He walks every property personally, writes every estimate, and stands at the final walkthrough on every install. He is an NDS Certified Professional Drainage Contractor, an authorized Gutterglove Done Right Partner for LeafBlaster Pro, and an authorized Alu-Rex installer for the T-Rex hidden hanger system and Double Pro continuous covers.

The reason every quote walks with the owner is simple: a gutter system is a water-management system. You cannot design it from a stock template. You have to see the roofline, see the grading, see where the downspouts can actually route, and see the failure points of whatever the builder put up the first time. That work cannot be handed to a sales rep or a call-center estimator. It is the owner, on site, every time.

Where We Work

Why Owner-Led Matters

Most gutter contractors run on a sales-rep model. A commissioned estimator drives out, quotes from a tablet template, then hands the job to a crew that has never seen the property. The result is a system priced for the salesperson, not designed for the building. Hangers go in fast. Downspouts go where they are easy. Drainage gets pushed off as someone else's problem.

Gutter Pro is structured differently. Owner Albert Urbank walks every quote. The estimator and the contractor are the same person. The scope you see written down is the scope that gets installed, by the crew that the owner runs every day. That is how a 5.0 rating across 164-plus Google reviews actually gets built, and that is how every install carries a lifetime workmanship warranty that means something.

See How We Think About Gutters

The clearest way to understand the difference between a Gutter Pro install and a builder-grade install is to watch the two side by side. The hanger spacing, the fastener spec, the profile sizing, the finish detail.

Quality Philosophy

Builder Gutters vs Custom Seamless: Direct Comparison

Project: Direct comparison of builder-grade sectional gutters versus custom seamless gutters on a residential home

Watch: Hanger spacing, fastener spec, profile sizing, and finish quality side by side. Builder gutters are sized and installed for cost. Custom seamless gutters are formed on site to your exact roofline, hung with hidden hangers at proper spacing, and built to last 25-plus years instead of 5-10.

About Gutter Pro Florida FAQ

Who owns Gutter Pro Florida?
Gutter Pro Florida is owned and operated by Albert Urbank. Albert walks every property personally for the initial quote, signs off on every scope, and is at the final walkthrough on every install.
Is Gutter Pro Florida a franchise or family-owned?
Family-owned and operated, based in Jacksonville, Florida. We are not a franchise, we are not part of a national chain, and we do not run a call center. Every call routes to the company directly.
What is NDS Certification and why does it matter?
NDS Certified Professional Drainage Contractor is a factory credential from NDS, the leading manufacturer of subsurface drainage components. The certification requires training on French drains, catch basins, channel drains, dry wells, and engineered downspout extensions, plus auditing of install practice. Most gutter companies are not drainage contractors. A gutter ends at the downspout. Drainage carries water from the downspout to a designed outlet. NDS Certification means we engineer the entire path, not just the first ten feet.
What is the difference between a gutter contractor and an NDS Certified drainage contractor?
A gutter contractor installs gutters and downspouts. An NDS Certified drainage contractor designs the underground and surface drainage system that carries water from the downspout to a safe outlet, away from the foundation, landscape beds, and neighbor property lines. Most contractors are one or the other. Gutter Pro is both, on the same project, by the same crew, on the same warranty.
What areas do you service?
All of Northeast Florida. Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties. Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island, Fleming Island, Orange Park, St. Augustine, and the surrounding communities.
Do you do residential and commercial work?
Both. Residential is the majority of what we install. Commercial includes box gutters, internal gutters, oversized 8-inch K-style, churches, schools, HOA common areas, and multi-family. See the dedicated commercial page for full scope.
What makes Gutter Pro different from national franchise gutter companies?
Three things. First, the owner walks every quote, not a commissioned sales rep. Second, we do not install 5-inch gutters anywhere in Northeast Florida, and most franchises will sell whatever the customer agrees to. Third, we are NDS Certified for drainage, so gutters and drainage are one project on one warranty, not a half-finished gutter install with the drainage handed to whoever you can find next.
Do you subcontract any of the install work?
No. Every crew member is a Gutter Pro Florida employee. No subcontracted gutter crews, no subcontracted drainage crews, no day labor. Continuity of crew is how install quality stays consistent, and how the lifetime workmanship warranty actually means something.
Who comes to my home for the quote?
Owner Albert Urbank. Every quote, every property, every time. The estimator and the contractor are the same person, which is unusual in this industry and is the main reason our review average is what it is.
What is your warranty?
Lifetime workmanship warranty on every install. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we administer for the homeowner. LeafBlaster Pro carries a 40-year manufacturer warranty. Alu-Rex T-Rex and Double Pro carry long-term manufacturer coverage as well. Copper gutters carry a 50-plus year service life.
What is your service area in detail?
Duval County including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Mayport. St. Johns County including Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, and the surrounding St. Johns communities. Clay County including Fleming Island, Orange Park, and Middleburg. Nassau County including Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Most quotes scheduled within 48 hours.
Do you do work in Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and the Beaches?
Yes, weekly. Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee (Twenty Mile, Crosswater, Greenleaf, Coastal Oaks, Tidewater, Del Webb), Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Neptune Beach are all in our core service area. The same crew works these neighborhoods every week.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed in the State of Florida. General liability and workers compensation insurance carried at coverage levels appropriate for residential and commercial work. Insurance documentation provided on request and on every commercial project.
What is Wisetack financing?
Wisetack is our 0 percent APR introductory financing partner. Soft-pull approval that does not affect your credit score, and most homeowners get a decision in minutes. Available on full-system installs including gutters, guards, and drainage scopes. See the financing page for details.
How do I schedule a quote?
Three ways. Call or text 904-304-3199, book online through the Jobber link at the top of this page, or email Info@GutterProFlorida.com. Most quotes scheduled within 48 hours of first contact.
Do you have a YouTube channel?
Yes. The Gutter Pro Florida YouTube channel hosts real install videos, comparison videos, product demos, and educational content on gutter sizing, drainage design, and Northeast Florida-specific water-management problems. Visit youtube.com/channel/UC-eD70pF7XB_MXuYEYLUnuQ.
Do you have Google reviews?
Yes. 5.0 rating across 164-plus Google reviews and growing. We invite every homeowner to leave a review after the install, and we read every one of them.
What is on-site fabrication?
We bring a roll-forming machine to your driveway. A coil of aluminum or copper feeds through a precision forming machine that rolls the material into a K-style, half-round, or box profile in one continuous piece to your exact length. That is what makes the gutter seamless: no factory pieces joined together with caulked seams, just one continuous run per roofline edge.
What gutter sizes do you install?
6-inch, 7-inch, and 8-inch only. K-style, half-round, and box. We do not install 5-inch gutters anywhere in Northeast Florida. Rainfall volume and oak debris load make 5-inch a guaranteed failure within a few years.
Do you install copper gutters?
Yes. Seamless copper in K-style, half-round, and custom box profiles. Copper is the longest-lasting gutter material available, with a 50-plus year service life and a natural patina that develops over time. See the copper page for full scope.
Do you do drainage?
Yes. Drainage is a primary scope, not an afterthought. NDS Certified Professional Drainage Contractor. French drains, channel drains, catch basins, foundation drainage, and Schedule 40 PVC underground extensions. We do not install corrugated black pipe, ever.
Do you handle HOA approval?
Yes. We provide color samples, material specifications, and product datasheets for HOA submission. Most Northeast Florida HOAs are familiar with our work and approvals are usually quick.
Can you handle estate-scale projects?
Yes. Estate-scale installs are a regular part of our schedule. 7 and 8-inch oversized gutters, copper, half-round, custom box profiles, multi-day drainage scopes, complex rooflines, and HOA-coordinated communities. We have the roll-forming machine capacity and the crew depth to take on a full estate water-management project from a single contract.
What is your install timeline?
Most residential gutter installs are completed in one to three days. Combined gutter and drainage scopes typically run two to four days. Quotes scheduled within 48 hours. Most projects start within one to two weeks of signed contract.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM. Closed Sunday. Call or text 904-304-3199 any time during business hours, and we return after-hours messages first thing the next morning.
Do you respond to emergency storm damage?
Yes, for existing customers and within our service area. Storm-damaged downspouts, blown-off gutter sections, separated end caps, and yard flooding are all common after a Northeast Florida storm. Call 904-304-3199 and leave a message if outside business hours.
Do you handle commercial projects?
Yes. Commercial scope includes box gutters, internal gutters, oversized 8-inch K-style, churches, schools, HOA common areas, multi-family, and small industrial. See the dedicated commercial page for full scope and recent project videos.
What is your phone number?
904-304-3199. Call or text. We answer during business hours and return all after-hours messages the next morning.
How do I get an estimate?
Call or text 904-304-3199, book online at the Jobber link, or email Info@GutterProFlorida.com. Albert walks the property, evaluates roofline and drainage, and writes a detailed itemized quote. Free, no obligation, no high-pressure pitch.
How do I leave a review?
