Phone Calls, AI-Assisted Answering, and Call Recording
Calls to (904) 304-3199 may be answered by a member of our team or by an AI-powered virtual receptionist that runs on our customer management platform, Jobber. The virtual receptionist collects your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the work you need so we can schedule an estimate or return your call. It may also send you a follow-up text message if a call is missed or ends before we can help you (see Text Messaging above).
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for accuracy, quality assurance, staff training, and to make sure we capture your request correctly. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely in our customer management platform and are accessible only to authorized Gutter Pro staff. If you do not want your call recorded, tell us at the start of the call, or contact us by email or through the form on this Site instead.
Service Providers We Share Information With
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who may use it solely on our behalf: Jobber (customer management, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, phone, text messaging, and AI receptionist), our payment processors for card and ACH payments, Squarespace (website hosting and forms), and Google (website analytics, Business Profile, and email). Where a project calls for a licensed specialty trade, such as an electrician or licensed roofer, we share only the job details needed to coordinate that work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
